Ms. Lomax has been in private practice for over four years. Prior to going into the private sector, Ms. Lomax was a Senior Attorney with the Department of Children and Families, working in the area of juvenile dependency. Ms. Lomax has extensive experience working with children and family services. She has a sincere desire to help families resolve their issues and to improve the lives of children involved in divorce, custody and dependency cases.

Ms. Lomax also works as a mediator in family law and civil cases. Her calm demeanor, reassuring personality and candid approach to conflict resolution facilitates resolving problems. Ms. Lomax graduated from University of Mississippi (B.A. in English & Art) and the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law (J.D.).

Ms. Lomax is active in the community. She serves as a Pro bono teaching attorney with the Orange County Bar Association and as a mentor with Delta Academy. Ms. Lomax is a member of the Florida Bar Association; the US District Court, Middle District of Florida; Orange County Bar Association; Paul C. Perkins Bar Association and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
